If a book was not what you needed, we refund it. You do not have to justify the request.
The offer
Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full, to the original payment method.
How to ask
Email support@opuschess.com from the address you used at checkout, and say which order it concerns. No form and no reason are required.
How long it takes
We action requests within two working days. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further three to ten days to show the credit.
Bundles and the complete collection
A bundle or the complete collection can be refunded in full within the same 14 days. We do not refund single titles out of a bundle, because the bundle price depends on the number of books.
After a refund
Your download links are deactivated and your licence to use the files ends. Please delete any copies you hold.
For digital content the statutory right of withdrawal normally lapses as soon as the download begins.
